I don't like Pantene Hair Fall Control Conditioner

I bought a very huge bottle of pantene conditioner hair fall control a month ago since i had a hair fall problem but the conditioner itself made my hair fall worse. in fairness to pantene its so soft and silky yet i don't understand why did my hair continue falling.Oh well i stopped using it because I am afraid that i'll be bald. AFter a week of not using it I can see sprouts of new hair again. Thank goodness. I hope pantene will will keep as their word about their products it says hair fall control not make your hairfall. But then maybe I am the only one who experienced this. Too bad i can't return their product.I just call their customer service and it is always busy.i just stucked the conditioner in my bathroom.
