I hate my Tappan Stove

In all fairness, this stove was not paid for by me, so I should not complain too much. I needed a stove for my new house, and my father purchased a Tappan glass cook top stove for me as a gift. It looks decent enough. It is a standard white model,and it is a pretty basic design . However this is by far the worst stove ever. On the rare occassion that I decide to bake, I have to allow the oven to preheat for 45 minutes to an hour. It is under a year old, and it performs as well as a thirty year old stove would.

Tappan is a brand I had never heard of, but I will not gripe to my dad about a name brand. It is the thought that counts right? Well before you consider purchaing this brand, I would advise you to check into other brands. In my opinion this is the worst stove ever. It is kinda hard to clean, and it doesn't cook things as you would expect. Every meal ends up taking twice as long as it should to prepare.

Well, I admire my dads thriftiness, but I hate this Tapan stove!
