I (heart) Huckabees is a comedy starring Jonathan Schwartzman (Rushmore), Dustin Hoffman (Rain Man) and Lily Tomlin (The West Wing) that came out in 2004 and was directed by David O. Russel. Schwartzman plays an enviromentalist who is going through an existential crisis due to the events of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Hoffman and Tomlin are private investigators that are helping Schwartzman deal with any issues that he might be going trhough. He is reffered to them by a slimy department store owner played perfectly by Jude Law. This is one of my favorite movies that features Law, and over all I found the movie to be highly enjoyable. When I first watched it, and found out that is was a comedy starring Jason Schwartzman, I was very excited since Rushmore is one of my favorite movies. I was not dissapointed. It was brutally funny, and not exactly for all audiences. The humor in it was very dry and sarcastic, so if you love that kind of humor, you'll probably enjoy I (heart) Huckabees.
