Verizon is of exceptional service! From the very start, when I went to a Verizon store to pick out a phone, the sales representative was attentive, but not pushy. He was very honest and put me at ease. I got what I wanted, not what he wanted me to get. It was at the beginning of Christmas shopping time and even though it was in the middle of the day, it was kind of busy, but it was well organized. All of the associates were friendly and helpful.

Since then, I have had no problems with my service on my phone. I've never had a problem with being in a "dead spot" and I've only had one dropped call in over a year!

Their prices fit my needs very well. I have a family plan and we all share the minutes, which works well, since most of the talking we do on the cell phones is with each other. All of the cell-to-cell minutes are free.

The only drawback was that we had to sign a two year contract. As it turns out, we want to stay with Verizon, but I think two years is a large commitment to make if you want to shop around for service every so often.
