I love my credit card

I have an American Express Blue Credit Card. I absolutely love it. I have had no problems with it. There was a situation where I was charged twice by an online company in error (well that's what the online company is saying). By being charged twice, it caused me to go over my limit and I noticed a fee because of this. I called American Express and they quickly fixed both the additional charge and the fee with no problem. They were vey nice. I have called them a few other times with questions and they have always been very curtious. I have had this credit card for about 6 years and have loved it. I used to have several other credit cards but got rid of them and now currently only have this credit card. I definitely recommend American Express.
Wow, a card company that has humans who are courteous and will fix things! That is definitely worth knowing about. Thanks!
I've never had American Express. sounds like they have excellent customer service to be able to get those charges dropped without a problem, WOW. Maybe I'll give them a shot.
i have never done the Am EX card, my understanding is that it has an annual fee and that makes me weary
I have one but they reduced my credit limit so I use it less often now.
I do not personally have an American Express, but I have always heard good things about them!
It's great when a company makes things right with their customers.
I love my Amex card too. Does Amex Blue have the rewards program?
It's nice to hear about a credit card that still lets you talk to people - much less friendly and helpful ones.
I really like AmEx as well, they're a great company in my opinion!
American Express is probably the only credit card I don't have. I'm glad your experience with the company has been positive.
