I Love My Dodge Durango!

Last year, I was in the market for a new car. I wanted a step up from the smal Chevy Malibu I used to own but I wasn't sure what I wanted.

While shopping at my local car dealership I saw a used 2003 Dodge Durango. Even though it wasn't the color I wanted I test drove it and immediatly fell in love with it.

The Durango is sized between midsized and full sized SUVs. There are different 2003 models beggining with Sport, SLT, SLT Plus , and R/T. Mine is the R/T.

My Dodge Durango currently seats tw people up front and 3 in the back for a total of five people. There is a lot of room for both kids and adults. My husband and I are both tall and when we sit in the back seat there is plenty of room for our legs. Some of the 2003 styles come with a third row for a total of 9 passengers however I didn't feel the need for additional setting.

My Durango is a 2WD with 4.7 cylinder v8 engine. The performance is wonderful. Sometimes I could be going 80 and not even realize it because it feels like I am going 65.

For safety, the Durango comes with dual front airbags and 4-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock brakes. Front and second row curtain side airbags are optinal but I don;t have them.

I don't know if they make 2003 or if they are easy to find, but if so I would definatly reccomend for safety of the whole family.
