I Love this Magazine
By MichelleLeanne onThis is the first time I bought Gourmet magazine and I am glad that I did!I believe there is a big difference between someone that can follow a recipe and someone can create a dish using the best ingredients they can get.Unfortunately, now with a full time job and limited finances I hardly find the opportunity to really get ino cooking again.I was a little intimidated by the idea of a gourmet cooking magazine since I figured that it would probably include a long list of hard to find expensive ingredients and an equally long list of steps.Not true!This issue is on Southern food and as a transplant in South Carolina I picked up this magazine on a whim.I am so glad I did!The receipes are easy to follow and ingredients are easy to find.I definitely recommend checking out this issue.
