I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry looks like a really funny movie with a great cast that includes Adam Sandler and Kevin James, both the king of comedy. Even the story line seemed like it would make one hilarious movie. The previews sure looked good. I, however, was disappointed. It was a good movie with occasional laughs here and there, but I guess I just expected too much given the plot and the main characters because it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It lacked the humor and fun I was expecting from the two of them. I just felt like it didn't meet up to their standards. Usually they do funny movies, and, with a great story line, this seemed to be the chance to make a great comedy. Instead it's just a mediocre comedy that's still worth checking out. Just don't get your hopes too high like I did. Who knows, maybe if you expect less of the movie you will enjoy it a lot more and won't be disappointed.
