We got the Grow with me Elmo Sprinkler made by Fisher Price last summer for out girls. Then aged 1 and 2 years old.
This sprinkler is great, it stands about 10" tall, it is made of sturdy plastic. We purchased this because of the feature that it grows with your child, it has 2 settings, one for baby, which is just a light gentle mist that Elmo sprays out of the snorkel, the other is toddler mode where Elmo squirts a stronger spray from the snorkel for more excitement for the the toddler. This was very easy to set up, it comes assemble in the package it was just a matter of connecting your regular garden hose to the backside of Elmo base, and then turning the snorkel to adjust if you wanted it on baby mode or toddler mode.
Elmo's grow with me sprinkle is a great cheap way for your children to have fun and stay cool during the summer months.
But if purchasing one be cautions of the model as Fisher price did have a recall on this. Luckly ours was not in the recall.

What's not to love about anything Elmo! For the price, this sounds like a wonderful water toy. I'll be checking this out in the next month or so for my almost 2 year old.
