I wash my dishes with Ajax

Reviewing: Colgate Palmolive Ajax Orange Dish Liquid
Purchased at: Walgreens

When we decided to go green or least save money going green, we decided to wash the dishes by hand. Since there are only two of us, it wasn't too bad. It wasn't like the time when I used to wash dishes for eleven people. That used to take all day for three meals.

So since it can get greasy when washing those dishes, I looked for a good dishwashing liquid. My mother used to use Palmolive. You remember the ad? A woman was getting her nails softened with Palmolive and then she would do her nails? Well, I couldn't find that particular dishwashing liquid so I tried several brands until I found Ajax.

The Ajax I picked has a orange smell, which I like better than some of the bleach lemon smells from other liquids. Also, it is an antibacterial soap. I have to be careful with germs and bacteria because of my disease. But, the best part of this soap is that it cuts grease. It says on the bottle that it is a de-greaser. As any woman knows, you can't tell if it really de-greases until you put some in a pan with a little water. So see for yourself.

I like it. I use it all the time. Also, if you don't want to wash your dishes the old-fashioned way, you can use it as hand-soap. It works just fine.

I was picturing the Ajax product that is like Comet, and thinking "Oh No!"

No this is not comet... LOL ... although my husband still insists on using comet for bathroom cleaning. This is liquid soap.
