Ibanez SC-220 Electric Guitar

I have been playing guitar for about 7 years now, and this is only my second electric guitar, which I believe is a good sign for this guitar.I have been playing this guitar for right at 5 years and am still very pleased with its playability.At $600, its not the cheapest guitar out there, but is definitely not outrageuos in price either.I would greatly recommend this guitar for an intermediate player.Its construction, mahogany body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, is very noteworthy, and it provides a great sound.I will admit that a neck-through construction would provide more sustain and that it can sound twangy at times, warranting some consideration in string and amp selection.While there are some characteristics I would like to change, and an upgrade would be nice, I can not fault this guitar in the least as it has, and is still, an excellent instrument and has served me wonderfully in the past 5 years.
