This is my Holy Grail cleanser! At first, it will feel heavy if you're used to that "squeeky clean" feeling after washing. Instead, this cleanser leaves your face leaving soft and moisturized. It's just amazing. The texture is definetly that of a cream, but it washes off cleanly. This cleanser may seem expensive in comparisson with drugstore brands, but the quality of this product makes it all worth it.

Also, I have very sensitive skin. I deal with eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, and the occasional acne breakout on my face. Most cleansers irritate my skin and leave it feeling dry, red, and flaky. This cleanser, on the other hand, just leaves my face clean and soft. Before this, I tried all those cleansers the dermatologists recommend as being gentle, and they were okay for the most part, but nothing has been as good for my skin as this cleanser has. In fact, my skin has broken out much less (breaking out from acne. seb derm, and rosacea) since I started using this cleanser. Although it seems counter-intuitive to use a moisturizing cleanser for acne and the oiliness I can get from seborrheic dermatitis, it has really balanced my skin out. Also, it removes make up well, though I suppose it would be tougher to remove waterproof make up (which I don't use); however, I don't know of any cleanser alone that is super great at removing waterproof make up.
