Icu Wear Makes Me Look Great! By lyghtekeeper on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Okay first off - although ICU DOES amke sunglasses I'm writing about the Readers but was lost for the correct category. I wear a uniform for work - boring long sleeve dress shirt with Khakis. Any opportunity to jazz it up I can find - I take. When they brought this line of readers into our store I knew I would have to have at least one pair for every color shirt I wear. I now own five pairs and people throughout the store stop and ask, "Where DID you get those glasses?"

These readers come in "sizes" 1.0 to 3.0 and most pairs have a matching case which is sold seperately in our store. Some glasses - especially for holidays - like the candy cane pair in the picture; come with a "fur" topped case. They also have a special Pink Ribbon pair for Breast Cancer Awareness.

These glasses are fun but most importantly they are durable. They have spring-loaded hinges, great quality lenses and fit nicely on the tip of your nose with room to look oever the top for those of us who only need the reader portion and not glasses for distance.

You can find these online at www.icueyewear.com and all their selections including sunglass/readers, leashes and specialty glasses. ICU Wear has been featured in "O" magazine and are also in many art museums in many major cities. They make having to wear readers easier, fun and gain so many complements that I don't resent having to wear them. Now instead of buying 4 pairs of glasses for one low price at a Warehouse Store I save up and buy ICU glasses because they hold up to the rigors of taking them on and off, sitting on my head and even dropped. These are a true testimony to "you get what you pay for."

Yep, I love my ICU Wear glasses!

I've never heard of them, but they look and sound great! I'll have to see if I can find some -- heaven knows I NEED them!
