I live not far from this city and let me tell you - I love it! There are many differnet types of resaurants to suit any pallete - chinese, fine dining, international, buffet, breakfast, continental, and more. If you like to dance, visit one of the nightclubs that calls DAytona home. Razzle's is geared toward the younger crowd - filled with hip-hop music you can hear a block away, smoking allowed. Aqua is geared for the older crowd with a mixture of different tunes and will get you moving. For those of an alternative lifestyle, there are two gay-bars, Rumors and Zeba, that I have been to personally and enjoyed immensely. If you aren't old enough, or have children to think of, Daytona also offered many family themed recreational areas: Daytona Lagoon and Oceanwalk. Daytona Lagoon offers a water-park, bumpercars, an arcade, laser tag and more. Oceanwalk has a variety of cute shoppes, a Starbucks, movie theater, and ampitheater for seasonal musical events.
