Ijam...or not

This is actually an Ipod, clock radio, alarm clock docking station.Well it is supposed to be.I got NO radio stations, even when placed next to an existing clock radio that picked up a lot of stations.The clock shut itself off every 2 hours, rendering it and the alarm completely useless.It only had a/c power, and did not take batteries.The sound quality from the ipod was just OK.Nothing to write home about.I figured I had a bad unit, so I exchanged it for the same unit again, and AGAIN the same problems.I called Jensen, and was told the clock problem is a known problem, unplug it for 30 minutes and the clock SHOULD reset itself.Well it did, for 2 hours, then shut off again.I have had a lot of Jensen products and never been so dissapointed.That said Customer Service was very helpful nice, easy to understand, and I did not spend forever on hold.I still wouldn't reccomend this product though.
