Everybody knows I am a big fan of the Ikea Store and love to go shopping there. On my last trip I was looking for a floor lamp for my den, something that would give me some soft lighting by the computer and also be stylish. Somehow Ikea just knows

This floor lamp is perfect for any den, bedroom or even living room. It is so stylish and gives off a soft light, but it is bright enough that I can work on the computer without straining by eyes.

Assembly was so easy, just screw the three sections of pole in, pull the shade up and attach to the top and then put in your light bulb. What I really like about this lamp is the switch to turn it on is on the floor so all you do is step on it to turn it off and on. The shade is paper so probably not a good idea around small children. I am pretty sure it would be easy to put a hole in it, but for a soft light and stylish lamp and for the price it is perfect.
