I'll Never Be Without My Direct TV DVR

My husband and I purchased our original Direct TV satelite dish and receiver from Best Buy about 5 years ago.We had been cable subscribers for too many years and were tired of the poor reception and customer service.We were like kids with a new toy it was such an improvement over the old cable with so many more channels.Next we were finally able to get Direct TV DVR service and ordered it right away.WOW.....no more commercials, away with the VHS recorder, how did we ever live without this?Anyone that doesn't have this is missing out on so much.Pause live TV for bathroom breaks or annoying phone calls.Rewind live TV to catch something you missed or want to see again.Record 100 hours of live TV to watch later.Record two of your favorite programs while watching a third that you recorded earlier.Set the recorder to automatically record all of your favorite programs, with the option of recording only new episodes, or new and repeats as you like.Tell the recorder to save your programs until you tell it to delete them or only keep them for a few days or week.I'm afraid I could go on forever.I never worry about missing my favorite show or forgetting to set the recorder.I hear there is an option coming up that will allow you to call in and set or change the DVR if you are away from home on vacation.Can you guess I would highly recommend Direct TV/DVR to EVERYONE??
