I'm A Little Teapot By RachelReviews on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This decorative ceramic piece has been in my possession for six years. I use it when I'm making tea or coffee. I'll put a used tea bag on it until I'm ready to dispose of it. Another way I use it is as a spoon rest. When I'm done stirring in my cream or mixing my sweetener in, I'll put my spoon on there.

I love how powerfully colorful this is! It definitely adds a heavy dose of cheer in the morning when I'm up early and not so happy about it. I like the tulips on the front and the little red flower on the lid.

The shape is very appropriate for what I use this for. It measures about four and a quarter inches wide by three inches high. The material it is made out of is hard, strong and durable. There hasn't been any fading of the colors in the time I've had it. I notice some minimal chipping of paint at the spout. There is also a chip on the back. This damage happened after I received it. I see lines on the front of the dish and on the back. I'm pretty sure they've been on there since I've had it.
