Purchased at: Http://Www.Myjones.Com/     Price: $12.00 USD

Why is Jones Soda in the Novelty Gift section? Because it makes a totally awesome novelty gift, that's why!

For anyone who hasn't heard of this brand, it's apure cane sugar soda in a glass bottle. You can get normal flavors like Cream Soda or Root Bear, but Jones is most notably known for making less-conventional flavors like Fufu Berry or Strawberry Lime. (There are more flavors in the canned varieties, but they're not available online).

On the website you can customize the bottles with your own pictures and quotes. Some of the most notable ideas that I've heard of are: proposing via Jones (picture of the guy holding the ring with the text "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"); Jones for graduation; Jones as wedding gifts; and much, more. In fact, the options are endless!

What a way to create a memorable item for that special event. At about $2.50 per bottle these are a great deal compared to most other novelty gifts.

I love this stuff~I had never heard of it before I started dating my boyfriend. I guess that it's a Northern thing. He got me addicted. My favorite is Berry Lemonade. ALso we get it way cheaper down here. They sell it at the supermarkets.

it's cheaper when you buy it in the store solely for the fact that you're getting the mass produced bottles. When you get it from myjones.com you're getting a few specially made bottles with your own picture and quote so they cost a bit more to make. By the way, my favorite is blueberry pomegranate (canned) or kiwi strawberry (bottled) =)

If you're not going to use it for a novelty gift, I'd recommend just going to a store that carries it (most WalMarts and Albertsons do anymore, and a few others) or go to http://www.jonessoda.com/ for their mass-manufactured ones. Then they're $18.99 for a 12 pack of bottles (about $1.59 each).
