The Image treadmill is an easy to use machine that allows you to reach your weight loss goals with ease. I purchased this machine about three months before my vacation, I found that it helped me tone up trouble spots and I also shed a few pounds. Most importantly I was able to keep up real well with my family and all of the walking that we had to do on vacation. This treadmill boasts a heart rate monitor so that you can track your heart rate and be able to tell when you have reached a number in which your body is in full cardiac fat burning mode. This tool was very handy for me, because then I could tell how fast my heart rate was and how long it took me to cool down. There is also a fan on the front of the machine to provide a cool breeze so you can have some relief when burning up that sweat! The fan was nice for me, because as I would sweat it would cool me right off! I like the fact that there is a nice dashboard on the front where you can store your bottled water and even your favorite magazines and books. This kept my mind off of working out, and it allowed time to go by much faster. I actually read a whole book in just a few days, I found I had uninterrupted time and it was nice to take time out for me. There are adjustable tiers and inclines so that you can take a leisurely stroll or practice for running a marathon. I was able to start off slow then build up to a steep incline. This treadmill really helped me reach my weight loss goals and still keeps me in shape. What ever your fitness needs are this treadmill is sure to please.
