Important documents safekeeping

I decided to look for a clear book to keep safe the important documents of the family. It will be much safer if I will keep it inside a clear book rather than in an ordinary folder or envelope. At least with a clear book it will be safe from getting wet, tearing and screw up. At National Bookstore I saw this Seagull Enterprise's clear book. It is bounded with hard black plastic material with removable clamps to hold the plastic materials inside as well as the cover. Inside are 20 pieces of plastic document container where I will place the important documents for safekeeping. I don't need to worry if I have many documents to keep because this clear book is refillable. I'm the one in charge on the documents and I hate looking for something especially now that both of my kids are schooling. There will be additional papers to keep and this clear bookk will be a big help.

Now I just need to collate all the important documents and keep it in here not only for safekeeping but it will help me find the documents much easier.
