In Ear Capsules... Such A Disappointment! By Chenault on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I recently needed a new pair of head phones, so off to my local Wal-Mart super center I went.
While browsing the selection of ear buds and head phones, I saw Sentry In Ear Capsules for less than $5. Not only were they affordable, but also they were cute. The ear buds come with a pink and white capsule carrying case that is adorable and a cool idea.
the ear buds were comfortable to wear, and initailly they provided a great quality of sound, but after a short period, of maybe three weeks if that, the head phones started to sound a little strange. In order to achieve the normal sound I had to slightly pull them out of the head phone jack on my Zune. Within three days they were producing a sound similar to if the device was being listened to underwater.
I did not get to use this product for a month before it was useless. I would not recommend Sentry In Ear Capsules to anyone else. Sure they were cheap, but I expected to use them for longer than three and a half weeks before discarding them.
Sentry In Ear Capsules Purchased at: walmart Price: around $5

Thanks for the warning, My kids are always breaking or loosing their ear phones and we are always looking for inexpensive replacements. We will steer clear of these.
