Infantino Sling Rider Baby Carrier By eclecticbird on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This was the second baby carrier I bought. I bought it because I'd heard that sling carriers were comfotable for the baby and I needed a way to hold him while doing things around the house. Unfortunately my son hated this carrier. I'd put him in it and he'd start screaming. The only way he wouldn't scream is if I held him while he was in the carrier, which makes the carrier pointless.

The carrier itself doesn't weigh very much because it is mostly fabric. It has a little click in harness to hold the child in the carrier and a pouch on the outside for keys or glasses ect. There is only one way to put the baby in the carrier so it is not adaptable and the weight limit is 20lbs so a baby could outgrow it quickly.

As to comfort for the adult, for the short time I tried to use the carrier it was very uncomfortable for me. The shoulder strap dug into my shoulder and was painful.

The only truly positive thing I can say about this carrier is that it is cute. Do not waste your money on this product.
