I was looking for a better savings interest rate last year in January and I kept seeing those ING Direct commericals online. So, I went online and checked them out. As it turns out ING is so much better then my local bank, that I had a savings account at previously.
Here's what I love about my ING Personal Savings Account: Excellent customer service. Easy to open an account online. No minimums to open an account, honestly I could have opened it with $5 bucks!They don't send me endless snail mail or email junk mail like my local bank does! Easy transfers of my money online from my local bank account to my ING account. Automatic savings plan, makes saving money easy! A great interest rate when you compare it to my local bank!
So after a year, I'm loving my ING account. I will definately keep this savings account!

I will need to check it out, it sounds very good. Regular banks do not offer good savings rates now. :(
