Insaniquarium By Pop Cap Games By Kogen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

PopCap Games advertises this game as the "wildest aquarium around," and with good reason! While the first level thrusts you into strictly taking care of your two guppies, the next levels can become quite hectic. In each level, you are responsible for feeding your fish, clicking on coins to pick them up, zapping alien intruders with your laser beams when necessary, and, of course, spending your money on food and laser upgrades and on egg pieces. After collecting three egg pieces, the level will end, and you will have acquired a new pet. These pets help out your aquarium in different ways. Some help collect coins, while others are constantly reproducing. As you get more and more fish, and new types of fish become available (such as the carnivore, which feeds on baby guppies), the game tends to really get interesting. Pretty soon, you can't see because the screen is clouded with both fish and coins. This game is fairly fun, but paying almost $20 might not be worth it. PopCap offers a free 60-minute trial to test out the game. If you find that you really enjoy it, and want to play more, then you may want to consider purchasing this Insaniquarium.
