Insignia 7 Portable DVD Player

I received this portable dvd player by Insignia for a gift.It was going to be used primarily for travel on planes or long car rides.It is very lightweight, weighing in at only 3 pounds.It does very well in the car with all the bumps and turns.It has never skipped while playing a movie in the car or on a plane.It comes with a remote control but the only thing the remote doesn't have on it is the volume control. The control for the volume is on the side of the dvd player. It will play DVDs, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and Kodak Picture CDs.A fully charged battery will last you about 2 hours.It does come with an AC adapter, a car adapter and audio/video cable for hooking up to the televison. This is a perfect size for travel. Highly recommended!
