Inspiral Condoms are designed with a larger bulb for the head. They produce a slipping feeling by design to provide additional friction and stimulation. These are very similar to Trogan Twisted Pleasure. In fact some of the websties that carry both of the condoms state they are using the same patent number. I found the shaft of the Inspiral to be a little snugger.
This is the condom for the man who finds other condoms too restrictive at the head (more than the shaft).
In the original review, I failed to talk about the lubrication. These are lightly lubricated minimizing discomfort during sex for both parties. Condomania.com has a good description including diagrams and reviews from various magazines.
