Reviewing: Tony Attwood Exploring Feelings: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy To Manage Anxiety
Purchased at: Amazon.Com

Hi all. I guess you could say this is chapter two. I shared recently that I got a diagonisis of Asperger's Syndrome for my son, Usually this comes with companion disorders. Well his companion disorder is sensory sensitivities and food allergies. This means his eyes and ears are super sensitive and he has issues with loud noises'bright lights, and the feel of certain things. For example, he will feel queasy in his tummy if he hears or touches velcro, I have to cut the tags out of the back of his clothes, and he does not like the feel of some foods in his mouth. This book has given me stratgeies to handle these situations and helpful hints to manage the anxity that comes with his sensitivites.I feel that there is a huge need for this type of info, and Tony Attwood is an absolute guru. I feel very lucky to have found this book for my son, but more important I feel forever blessed to be his mum. Most every day I find myself asking his opinion because the "out of the box" way these kids look at things is most useful and very handy. I feel if Bill Gates can live with Asperger's Syndrome and be sucessful, well what a better role model for my son.

Do we understand your problem. Our grandson has this and everthing sounds the same. This will be very helpful-we need something.
