Intel 82865GVHZ motherboard is pretty old one. I bought computer in 2005 and the motherboard it has is 82865GVHZ. This motherboard doesn't have many PCI and AGP slots. It don't give you chance to put a graphics card on it. So you have to use that 64 mb internal graphics. You won't be able to play many games. But sometimes it surprises me by playing game like Grand Theft Auto San Andreas pretty good. I have played this game twice on that macine and never ever had a problem with it. But the graphics settings used is 800x600x16. Not much visual effects but the gameplay is awesome. It plays vice city and NFS most wanted at a good speed. It comes with internal sound card made by Realtek and network card by Intel. Intel 82865g does pretty good work. Almost all applications run on this without any problem. It even supports Linux distros. I ran Opensuse 11, Fedora 11, Ubuntu 9 and Mandriva 2009 without any problem. The installation also went smoother. There are no any compatibility problems. So till now there is no much need to change my motherboard because I was able to do my work without any problem. For regular and daily work Intel 82865GVHZ motherboard works like a charm. But when it comes to games and HD video it won't work. Also it won't let you add a graphics card because there is no slot for graphic card in Intel 82865g. For most of the normal work it works pretty fine.
