Interactv is a DVD based handheld game that is fun for the kids to play and learn. It comes with a handheld unit that requires 3 "AA" batteries. The games comes with a disk that has the programing and testing portion and also has 3 games to get started with. The unit is so easy to program to work with your DVD player by entering a 4 digit code, once that is complete you will want to test the controller and then you will be ready for fun. The games that come with the unit teach problem solving, math, and letters. The game contains Elmo's World Wild Animals, Dora the Explorer Hide & Go Seek, and Spongebob Squarepants Jelly Fishing, I like how they use characters from T.V. to guide the child through the game. there are alot of games that you can buy seperately. My daughter likes the fact that the game is like you are watching the show and then it will stop and ask your child questions that they have to answer.
