Into the Flame, by Christina Dodd

This is the 4th book in Christina Dodd's Darkness Chosen series. I really enjoyed this series, but I found this book to be lacking as the final book in the series. I thought this one would be more dramatic and more passionate so I was disappointed. While I would still recommend this series to Paranormal fans, I wish this book would have been better.

Story: Doug is a cop who just happens to be a really good tracker- as well as the ability to turn into a cougar. He falls for a girl, Firebird, who has a few secrets of her own. They part ways to later be reunited and hopefully be able to save Firebird's family from their horrible curse.

Opinion: This book does answer a lot of questions that have stemmed from the previous books. The passion between the two characters did not seem very strong. I was all around dissapointed. I also don't like the cover of the book- I know it is petty but I can't help it. The series overall is good and worth reading.
