I have had this iPod for several years now. I guess right off the bat the best thing is that it hasn't broken yet which is a testament to its quality and durability because I have definitely dropped it on more than one occassion. The audio quality is amazing and the graphics on the screen are also really good and impressed me thoroughly. One problem that I do have with this iPod is that it is extremely big and bulky. I use my iPod when working out so it can get it the way a lot when I am moving around dumbells because it will either get hit or turn off which is annoying. Overall though I would say its hard to trust another mp3 company besides Apple because they are definitely the leader of this industry and for good reason, so I would recommend this iPod.
