The apple 30 gig ipod video is now the old model of ipods. While it is still a great choice of an mp3 player, you may find that once in a while it tends to lag a little bit. While it extremely easy to use individually and with a computer, both a mac and a pc, it offers great sound quality. The buyer is intended to only be able to add apple supported videos on to your ipod, but everyone knows there is software out there that converts any movie format you have into an mp4 file, which is what the ipod covers. While the ipod headphones are extremely bad, they will last you for about a week or 2, then begin to fall apart. I am a big fan of ipods, mine has lasted me for 2 years, and even though the battery lasts a bit shorter than usual, it's still a trusty mp3 player.
