Trying to stay away from the "hippiness" of the Ipod genre, i went with the iriver t30. Not caring if i had 1 trillion songs on it, i went with the 1gb which holds plenty of music for me. I think i have about 5 or 6 hours on it, and i have room for more.

It came with the standard earbuds, but i had a pair i liked more. So nothing special or unique about the earbuds.

There are few buttons on the unit, and it takes some time to figure out what does what in the menu section. There is a loop feature where you can loop one part of a song, but i don't know why you would want to do that.

It is a small unit and you could easily lose it, but luckily it comes with a armbad that easily fits on your upper arm for running or other activities.
