Nice recorder the Memorex CD-RW Recorder ultra speed can record a full length CD in less than 3 minutes, has a built in buffer for under-run protection has an included complete software suite. Comes with a extra beige face plate, since the installed face is molded in black. Also has very straight forward and easy to understand installation instructions, even a novice could put it in. Have gotten nothing but the best from this unit in performance and value. I have honestly considered replacing some of my existing units with this type just to freshen up the system so to speak. I like to burn mix discs of all my music to go in the various vehicles we drive so I tend to keep just this one humming quite a bit of time. I guess you could technically say I have abused this CD writer and it has held up wonderfully. Thanks Memorex

I like the time to record on this. I do a lot of dvd home movies and it seems to take forever on my dvd recorder. Thanks for the info.

You, my friend, have had better luck with this brand then I have. Maybe I have just been having bad luck.
