Is this a real work-out video?

When I saw this work-out video I thought, 'cool now I can work-out and find a way to get comfortable dancing for my husband.' So I bought the video collection hoping to lose weight and learn how to strip dance. When I first played the video I realized that it didn't have a very good cardio aspect. While I did think that it taught a first time beginner how to dance sexy, it didn't teach me anything that I couldn't have done without it. I worked out to the excersizes for four weeks, eating right and walking twice a day. After the four weeks were up I still hadn't seen any difference from using the videos then I did from doing what I was already doing. I could have saved the thirty dollars and just danced at home to music from my radio. I would not recommend this product if you want a serious work-out.
