Unlike the Captain of Crush handgrippers, the Ivanko Super Gripper is one piece of hardware, much larger than the Captain of Crush grippers, with either one, two, or three springs positioned at different points to deliver different resistant weights. Also, the area for your hand is large enough for both hands, so it is possible for doing two handed grip training or negatives. And like the Captain of Crush handgrippers, over time, the springs need to be replaces due to their resistancy decreasing from wear and tear of the product. I would have to say that the Ivanko Super Gripper is ideal for hand and grip training because of the many intervals of resistance that is possible, it can make training much easier than only having nine preset weights, now you can have over fifty preset resistancies.

This will really get your grip strong for sports or weight lifting. It goes from easy resistance to completely insane resistance. It is a workout and a half for the hands and forearms.
