I've become my mother!

My mom bought this nightshirt for me a few years ago.For those of you who don't know who Maxine is, she is a character that you can buy on Hallmark apparel and cards.It's an older woman who tells it like it is.She's been a favorite of my mom's for years.

So it was perfect when she gave me this nightshirt.It's a picture of Maxine when she first wakes up in the morning, hair standing straight up, and she's saying, "it's official, I've become my mother".I wear this nightshirt every chance I get because it's true, I look exactly like my mother when I wear it.I don't remember my mom ever wearing regular pajamas, it was always oversized t-shirts or nightshirts.My husband just rolls his eyes every time I walk into the bedroom wearing it, but he laughs at the same time.

I've had this shirt for a couple of years and the color hasn't faded at all.It's still as soft as it was the day I got it.I wish it would have shrunk a little, but it hasn't.It's a little big on me but that's okay, just makes me look that much more like my mother.
