I've Changed Pens!

I am a pen freak!But only a pen that is 1) Micro 0.5mm or less2) Rollerball or similar and 3) has a rubberized grip is good enough for me.And when I find a favorite pen then you better not touch, move or snatch it.So it was with great surprise that when my favorite extra fine vball was missing from my desk I was forced to use a retractable pen.I expected it to be a cheap ballpoint pen but what I found was a retractable gel pen from my favorite company - Uniball.It writes smoothly, comes in eight colors including purple (my favorite color) and I won't ever lose the cap since it doesn't have one!Pens with missing caps is a HUGE annoyance.Suddenly I have a new favorite pen and I plan on buying several more before they decide to change it.Unfortunately, just one day after purchasing the two pack I left one of the pens on a shopping cart.I only hope that the shopper who found it falls it love with it as much as I did.It also says that it prevents check froud but since I rarely write checks I guess I won't get to put that to the test.This is one great pen - but don't plan on borrowing mine.
I like a much thicker point, but I'm glad you found another option that you like. I know the feel of a pen is so important!
I agree that those caps on pens are a pain. I have to buy ink pens for our restaurant and they never seen to stick around. Either my customers take them or my staff takes them home in their pockets! I love pens like yours but the gel ink doesn't work well on guest checks that use carbon sheets. Oh well...I hope you hold on to your pens better than I do. I watch my favorite pens like a hawk at work.
I agree, I can not use a pen that has a top to it. Either I loose the tops or forget to put them on and get an ink stain in my pocket! This one sounds like a winner :0)

I love pens and purple too. It's rare to find a pen in purple. I will have to check this out, thanks for the info.
You gotta love a good pen! I also like Uniball bens but I prefer medium points.
