Jace versus Chandra or JVC for short is a special Magic the Gathering product that consists of two ready made decks that are playable right out of the box. The main cards featured are the two planeswalkers Jace Beleren and Chandra Nalaar. Jace has the power to give you card advantage and his special is to decimate your opponent's library by twenty cards. Chandra has the power of pyromancy and could decimate your opponent's minions and his life points and her special is to deal ten damage to your opponent and his minions.

The two decks are decks of contrast. The Jace deck is about card drawing and countermagic. The Chandra deck is about destruction and direct damage spells. Each deck is filled with very good cards from expansions past. Notable cards on the Jace deck are Counterspells, Ancestral Vision and Mindstone. Notable cards on the Chandra deck are Flametongue Kavu, Incinerate and Demon Fire.

I personally prefer the Chandra deck because of the speed and efficiency of the deck. The Jace deck is fun but is too slow for my taste. I highly recommend this deck. Its worth it.
