Jaguar X-Type

It is a fact that when you buy a Jaguar you are expecting something extraordinary. However my experience with Jaguar X Type werent that great. First of all the car exterior is great. The color of the Jaguar my family had was Jaguar Racing Team Green.Another great thing about the car is the fact that it handles itself on the road pretty good.I tested the car on extreme conditions like snow, rain and heat and the results were great. However the interior of the car isnt great at all. First of all the navigation menu is terrible. I had the chance to have all the possible options put in the car, and they werent satisfying at all. Another bad thing about the interior is that there isnt any space in the back. The premium audio system is good, until you tune in to the radio where the poor antenna plays its role and you can barely hear anything. The navigation is terrible, it looks like it was made in the 80`s.
All in all I think that the car is not worth the money.
Please note that the model I am talking about is a brand new X-Type 2006 with all extras.

I guess you really are a "millionaire in the making!" I'm sure at those prices a car company should do better.
Too bad about the radio stations. Oh well, just listen to CDs. I would expect for the cost the navigation would be up to snuff. Perhaps they have an upgrade. Still it looks like a nice car. I couldn't afford it though. Congrats!
I've always dreamed of owning a Jag but they are way too pricey. And I cannot imagine any possible repair bills! Too bad it did not really work out for you.
I have always wanted a Jaguar, cold never rationalize it well enough to myself or my wife to make it a reality. I wouldn't be concern with any of the down sides as long as it was a Jag. Maybe I am just still childish towards the Jags like that.
Interesting that there are so many issues with the interior of this car - at least you're happy with the paint color!
I got the opportunity to check out the interior of a bunch of luxury cars at a car show & I too was not impressed with the Jaguar's interior. For that much money I would have thought it would've been a lot more upgraded.
