Jamie Oliver Happy Days book

Jamie Olivers book "Happy days with the naked chef" is a fantastic read, and so easy to follow. This hardback book comes with colour illustrations and has 317 pages. The recipes do actually come out the same as the pictures. One of my favourites featured is Jamies warm bread salad of crispy pancetta with parmesan and poached egg. The first time i cooked this i was pleasantly surprised that it came out exactly like the picture. The ingredients in most of Jamies recipes are pretty simple, and the sort of thing you can buy at the local supermarket or store. The book is full of comfortable and traditional meals, ideal for a quick meal after work. Sexy salads and pasta dishes are all on the menu. Jamies desserts are to die for, like King of puddings, and chocolate and orange pudding.
