Jamie Olivers Jamie's Italy book
By janbubears onJamie Oliver does it again with another brilliant recipe book. Jamie's Italy is a very interesting and informative read. The colour illustrations reflect on his genius. All the recipes featured are authentic Italian recipes from his Italy tour. There are also 120 brand new recipes. Not as straight forward i thought as his Happy Days book, but very interesting all the same. One of my favourites is "Bustrengo" - which is bolognese polenta and apple cake, its gorgeous, and not that hard to do. I struggled a little bit to find most of the ingredients locally, but managed to get most of them from the large supermarkets. There are 319 pages in this hard back edition. The RRP of the book is 20.00.
Best price i found was Amazon at 16.25 new, and from 7.00 used.

Thanks for the heads up on the best prices and where to buy. Love this guy!
