We have been very pleased with our Jansport backpack purchase. I purchased this backpack for my daughter to use for school. The size of the backpack is large enough for her to carry all of her books as well as a PE uniform and sometimes her flute. The backpack has several different pockets inside and on the front that allow her to put her house key in one spot, notes for friends in another and miscellaneous items in a third. She loves being able to keep things separate and organized.

I am please that despite the stress that is put on the backpack from daily use and abuse it is still holding up well. There are not tears or rips and the zipper continues to work well.

Because we choose a light colored backpack I was concerned that it would be dirty looking all of the time. This has not been much of a concern because I have thrown the backpack into the washer several times and it comes out clean and fresh looking without any damage.

Part of the reason I selected a Jansport was because I had heard great things about their quality and warranty. We haven't needed to use the warranty but I'm very pleased with the quality.
