I have sheer curtains hanging at my bedroom windows which were purchased from JCPenney's Home Collection. They are not as fancy as the ones pictured, but the color is exactly that shade of blue. I can't remember what I paid for them, but they were reasonably priced.

My curtains are made of blue and white panels with a blue and white valance. They are very sheer and can pull easily, so when I handle them I must be careful. But they really are lovely at the windows. They also wash and dry very well. Gentle cycle warm for washing, and tumble dry low. In fact, I just finished washing them today and hanging them back up at the windows, and they look really beautiful.

I know I will definitely be buying more curtains from the Home Collection at JCPenney. They have a great selection and their curtains really are lovely. If you want to dress up your windows, you might want to take a look at the Home Collection and see what they have to offer. I am not disappointed in my curtains.
