Jenga Original Jenga Review By adadsview on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This game is recommended for ages 8-12 but it can easily be played by the entire family for game night. It can be played by one or more people.

It consists of 54 wood blocks that you stack into a tower. You lay 3 east to west and then 3 north to south. You continue until you have used all the blocks. On your turn you use one hand only to take a block out and place it on the top of the tower. The person who makes the tower fall on his or her turn loses.

You must play on an even, sturdy surface. It is best to establish some rules at the start like what will happen if a player bumps the table when it's someone else's turn. Also when exactly one players turn ends and the next one starts. This will help with squabbling later.

I don't think they sell replacent blocks for this game but it can still be played if you lose some. This is a fun family game that I would recommend.
