Jergens Natural Glow Firming daily moisturizer is a lotion that contains a small amount of a sunless tanning agent to slowly build up a tan over a week or so.

I have not had very encouraging experience with this product - it is a great moisturizer, but is thick, you really have to work to rub it into your skin.

It claims that is is clinically proven to firm skin, and this is pretty true. I did see some improvement on the texture and elasticity of my skin after about 3 weeks of daily use, and cellulite was less noticable.

The tanning portion, however, is what I am most disappointed with in this product.

I never noticed much of a change in my skin tone - I have light skin, but went for the Medium skin tone formula for a more moticable tan effect. The color of my skin did not change much at all - it is what I would have expected for using a light skin formula. Also, even though it is a lotion, it seemed to be too easy to get too much lotion in one area.

My "problem area" with this is where the tops of my feet meet my ankles and go up nto my lower leg. It seemed that area always was darker than the rest of my legs - perhaps wearing socks accelerated the tanning, or kept it concentrated in that area? I am not sure, but it is not something that I wanted.

I do not think I will buy another bottle of this product. I will look for other methods of save tanning before using this again.
