Jet Blue Nonstop To Ny! By justjill on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Our family of 4 visited NY and wanted to try the Jetblue direct flight from Jacksonville, rather than the local Delta flight that goes through Atlanta. It was a little over 2 hours to drive to Jacksonville Florida, but we decided it was well worth it.
We saved over $400 on our 4 round trip tickets by flying on JetBlue. The flights were conducive to driving over one morning and leaving middle of the day, and returning mid-afternoon for the drive home.
Check-in was easy, and the flight each way left on time. We actually were ahead of schedule and landed early each direction.
The flight attendants were friendly, helpful, and attentive. My daughters American Girl doll actually earned her wings on this trip! The seats were comfortable and spacious, and the TV's were a big hit with our children and ourselves. The assortments of snacks was a nice change too!
We had no negatives at all on this flight and would travel to NY on JetBlue again. I only wish they offered more routes and were local!
JetBlue Jacksonville to JFK, New York

ommmgggg i loveeee ejetblueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I've heard good thinks about Jet Blue. One person I know looks for them all the time to fly. Thanks for giving us more information about them.
I have only heard good things about JetBlue! And TVs in each seat back, how more perfect can it get?! I think it's great when the stewardesses' do personal touches and treat guests great like when they gave your daughter's American Girl doll it's wings. I bet that really was a hit with your daughter.
I have heard great things about this airlline but I have never had the opportunity to fly with them. The limited area is probably the reason. I am happy that it was a pleasant experience for you and your family.
That's quite a savings that you made from flying JetBlue!! That's so cute that your daughter's doll earned wings-that's fantastic customer service!
My husband flew from PA to Texas (leaving from Baltimore and arriving in Austin) for only $129.00. He did have to make one connecting flight but you can't beat that price considering wtih gas prices it cost us two times that much or more to drive my car back to PA.
