Jillian Dempsey is the latest creative director for Avon cosmetics. The innovations range includes a Kohl eye liner pencil - which you apply to the inner rim of your lower lashline. A really innovative idea like the range suggests - includes a smudger one end and the pencil part at the other. I personally use kohl pencils all the time, and struggle to find the right one. I feel that most eye liners need sharpening all the time and dont stick to my inner rim. When i first used Jill Dempsey's liner i couldn't believe how easy it went on and how long it lasted. I have not needed to sharpen it, and have been using it for around 3 weeks. I tried a new look by applying the liner to my upper eye lid and then used the smudger, and it looked quite good. This has got to be the best liner i have ever used, and i will definitely be sticking with it.
