Jumpstart Advanced 2nd Grade

This is a great learning game for second graders. It comes with three CDs so they have lots of different adventures to play while learning the skills necessary to be successful in second grade. My mom loves the JumpStart series and buys my sister a new one every summer for the grade she is going into, but this has been the best one I think so far. I think that's because the skills are getting more advanced so I like to watch and help my sister. It has one CD that is more lesson like and goes over the fundamentals, but still in a game setting. Our favorite to play together though is the Field Trip Adventure." It is lots of fun to watch my sister play these adventures and see how much better she's gotten every time I watch. The CD is really good at teaching her because I'm always amazed at how much more she can do when I have time to watch her on the weekends. This is a great game for 7 and 8 year olds and lots of fun for us older kids too to watch and help our younger siblings.
